stupid PHCN officers

When I heard a couple of years back that.the defunct NEPA now PHCN, wais the most corrupt institution in Nigeria, I thought it was a mere exaggeration. Until I grew to adulthood to start paying electricity bills, that was how I knew their true colour. Honestly, police are saints where PHCN officers are. They just exploit  people anyhow simply because we can't do without light. How long will it take PHCN and our unserious government to provide digital meter to each household? Corruption will not allow them. It serves the PHCN manager and his colleagues right. I hope there will be more of Governor Wamako who will beat hell out of them. Thank you Governor, more grease to your elbow.
